Two-Component Polyurethane Pool & Water Tank Waterproofing

Product Description

Produced at IZZOBOSS high-quality standards, this product is a two-component, thixotropic, and solvent-free coating material formulated from elastomeric polyurethane resins. After completing its polymerization, it forms a highly hydrophobic (water-repellent), flexible, and tear-resistant membrane layer. It is specially developed for pools and water tanks constantly exposed to water pressure.

Note: Color fading may occur when exposed to direct sunlight (UV) in open areas; however, this absolutely does not affect the waterproofing performance of the material.

  • Has very high hydrolysis and water-repellent (hydrophobic) resistance.
  • Provides seamless (monolithic) coating on chimney, antenna, pipe exits, and corner details.
  • Can be safely applied in enclosed water tanks as it is solvent-free.
  • Performs without cracking in a wide temperature range between -40°C and +90°C.
  • Adheres perfectly to almost all types of surfaces (concrete, metal) and exhibits effective chemical resistance.

Technical Specifications

  • Consumption: Applied in 2 coats with a roller. Per coat: 0.750 kg/m² (A single coat of 1.50 kg/m² is sufficient for tank floors.)
  • Mixing Ratio (By Weight): Component A (4) / Component B (1)
  • Packaging: 20 kg Set (16 kg Component A + 4 kg Component B)
  • Storage: Minimum 6 months in unopened original packaging, in a dry environment between 15°C - 25°C.
