PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING CLARIFICATION TEXT

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data belonging to our customers, corporate business partners, and website visitors are processed within the scope explained below.

1. Processed Personal Data

• Identity Data: Name, surname, TR ID number (for individual invoicing), authorized contact person name for corporate firms.
• Contact Data: Phone number, email address, billing address, and physical address of the project/application site.
• Customer Transaction Data: Service requests, site survey (discovery) details, material orders, project specifications, before and after photos/videos of the application area.
• Financial Data: Invoicing, tax office, tax ID number, payment, and bank account details.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Conducting site surveys and preparing price quotes,
• Execution of epoxy, polyurea, polyurethane, injection, and other insulation applications,
• Managing the supply and logistics of construction chemicals,
• Fulfilling financial and accounting operations (invoicing, payments),
• Providing post-application technical support and measuring customer satisfaction,
• Fulfilling legal obligations required by authorized public institutions.

3. Processing of Visual Contents (Project Photos)

To showcase our references and service quality, before-and-after photographs or videos of the application areas (roofs, foundations, industrial floors, etc.) may be taken. If the project belongs to a corporate facility requiring confidentiality or private property, visuals are processed and shared on our website/social media only based on your "Explicit Consent" or corporate approval.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our financial advisors/accountants for billing processes, logistics and shipping companies for material deliveries, and legally authorized public institutions (Ministry of Finance, judicial authorities) within the scope of legal obligations.

5. Method and Legal Reason for Data Collection

Your data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through contact forms on our website, physical site surveys, our WhatsApp line, and email correspondence. This process is based on the legal grounds of "establishment and performance of a contract", "fulfillment of a legal obligation", and "legitimate interests of the data controller".

6. Your Rights as the Data Subject

Under the KVKK and GDPR, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, and to request the deletion of your data when legal storage periods expire. You can submit your requests in writing to our company via our official contact channels.
